"Get Your Head Around Aperture provides a wealth of well-written information about a wide scope of Aperture's features in a convenient, easy-to-search format." -- Josh Anon, co-author of Aperture Exposed and contributor to Inside Aperture

Since Aperture 2.0 has now been released, Get Your Head Around Aperture 1.5 is no longer available to new customers. All the material in the book is on the blog, so feel free to browse.

I'll be creating a new book once I have enough blog material for it. Existing customers will be able to download the new book for free.

Download the cover, introduction, and full table of contents (1.4 MB PDF).

To follow the examples in the book, display the single-column, 560 page screen edition at 100% along the left side of the screen and run Aperture on the right side. Here is a page from the screen edition:

The book is organized the same way as the Bagelturf blog's Aperture web pages. Each section covers one major aspect of Aperture and in addition includes a link back to the Aperture articles on the site.

"Get Your Head around Aperture 1.5 is the book I have been looking for. It took one knowledgable user to write down how he made use of the many features of this powerful tool. Thanks to Steve Weller for a marvellous job." -- Hartmut Greiser, Aperture user

The 170 page print editions have smaller graphics and are formatted in two columns with fonts and layout suitable for printing. One edition is formatted for US Letter paper, and the other for A4.
